The bank uses modern social media campaigns to form relationships with prospective employees, and targets both entry level and more experienced staff. Our other HR policies, including the performance reward strategy, are all designed to ensure that First Bank remains an employer of choice.”

Guinness Nigeria will also be participating at HR Leaders in Africa.
