This Appendix applies where the Informa Controller you are dealing with is in South Korea or where an Informa Data Controller provides services to you if you live in South Korea.
Your rights
You have the right to request us to provide access to or correct your information or suspend the processing of your information at any time. You may exercise such right by sending us a letter or an e-mail pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations. If you have a legal representative, your legal representative may exercise such right on your behalf.
How long do we keep your information?
Period of Use and Retention of Personal Information
In principle, we will promptly destroy your personal information in our possession once we achieve the purpose of collection and use of personal information. However, the following categories of your personal information will be retained by us for the duration of the periods specified below.
Retention under Applicable Laws and Regulations
If required under the Law on Protection of Consumers in E-Commerce and other applicable laws and regulations, we will retain your personal information for the period specified under such laws and regulations. In such case, we will use your personal information only for the purpose of retaining such data. The retention periods are as follows.

Procedure and Method for Destruction of Personal Information
The process and means of destroying your personal data are as follows:
A. Procedure
Your personal information will be transferred to a separate database (or separate document file for paper documents) and destroyed after storage for a certain period, according to our internal policy or applicable laws and regulations. Please refer to the provisions on retention and use period for these.
Such personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the purpose permitted under the applicable laws and regulations.
B. Method
Personal information that has been printed on paper will be shredded using a document shredder or incinerated.
Personal information stored in electronic file form will be deleted by using technical means that will not allow data recovery.
