Life on the Graduate Scheme
After a week's welcome and immersion programme you'll begin your first placement, joining a team and starting work on live projects straight away.
Our graduate fellows have a large amount of freedom to carve out their own career path.
Graduates have worked as digital marketing associates, treasury analysts, content specialists and sustainability managers, to name just a few. There's the chance to join teams across areas as diverse as data analytics, event operations, editorial production and business development.
The scheme balances on-the-job learning and the chance to take ownership and responsibility from day one with support and structure of an established programme and community.
