Informa pays a dividend to shareholders twice a year. The Group made a commitment to increase the annual dividend by a minimum level as part of the 2014-2017 Growth Acceleration Plan. This commitment stands at 4% for 2017.
Following the return of the company’s headquarters to the UK in May 2014, all dividends paid are UK sourced.
Shareholders can elect for dividends to be paid by mandate directly to a UK bank or building society account through the Banker’s Automated Clearing Services system.
