Share Dealing

Shareholders can buy or sell Informa PLC shares using a share dealing facility operated by our registrar, Computershare. Internet and telephone dealing are available at

Internet dealing
The fee for internet dealing is 1% of the value of each sale or purchase of shares, subject to a minimum of £30. Stamp duty of 0.5% is also payable on all purchases. Before trading for the first time, register for the service at

Telephone dealing
The fee for telephone dealing is 1% of the value of the transaction plus £35. Stamp duty of 0.5% is also payable on all purchases. To use the service, call +44 (0)370 703 0084 and have your Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) to hand. This service is available Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm UK time.

Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP)

Shareholders can elect to join Informa's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, where instead of receiving dividends via cheque or into a bank account, cash dividends are automatically reinvested in Informa shares. There is no charge for joining the DRIP. Dealing fees are charged when shares are bought.

ShareGift (registered charity no. 1052686) is an independent charity, which accepts donations of small numbers of shares that are uneconomic to sell on their own or otherwise unwanted to support a wide range of UK charities.

The Shareholder helpline is available between Monday and Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm UK time. Shareholding details can be accessed on their website. To register to use the website, you will need your Shareholder Reference Number, shown on your share certificate or dividend voucher.
