Informa pays a dividend to its shareholders twice a year. The company has made a commitment to increase the annual dividend by a minimum of 4%, double the previous 2% commitment, for 2016 and 2017 as part of the the Growth Acceleration Plan.
Following the return of the company’s headquarters to the UK in May 2014, all dividends paid will be UK sourced.
Shareholders can elect for dividends to be paid by mandate directly to a UK bank or building society account through the Banker’s Automated Clearing Services system. Our registrar Computershare also offers a Global Payment Service, whereby shareholders can receive dividends paid directly into their bank account in their local currency.
