Non-Executive Director

Catherine was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in November 2024 and is a member of the Nomination Committee.

She is an entrepreneur, executive and Director with over 25 years’ experience in the digital and traditional media and publishing industry, bringing further experience in technology, digital media and publishing to the Board.

Catherine was President of Meredith Corporation’s National Media Group business prior to its acquisition by IAC’s Dotdash in 2021, having previously held roles as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Digital Officer.  She co-founded Artspace Marketplace, a leading online marketplace for contemporary fine art, and spent almost a decade at the New York Times in a broad range of product, business development, and strategy roles for the digital division.

Catherine is a Non-Executive Director of Pitney Bowes, Inc., AD.net and National Public Radio.
