Directorate change

Informa PLC (“Informa” or the “Group”) today announces that Adam Walker is to move from his position as Group Finance Director of Informa in order to take up the post of Group Finance Director at FTSE100 engineering firm GKN plc.

Adam will remain with Informa until December 31st to complete the current financial reporting period, including the Q3 Interim Management Statement, which will be released as scheduled on October 21st. The Group has appointed an executive search firm to work closely with Chief Executive Designate Stephen Carter to identify his successor.
