IIR supports staff at Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs
Employees at the Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs in Dubai are to gain new professional skills from IIR Middle East. The arrangement supports the mutual objectives of both Al Noor and IIR; it enhances the professional abilities of the Al Noor workforce and, enables IIR to support its own community, as part of Informa’s corporate responsibility programme.
Al Noor is committed to the development of its staff. The programme is the most comprehensive yet and the training and development opportunities provided will support staff to meet goals and objectives, as well as provide opportunities for professional and personal development. IIR is providing 38 complimentary seats at various training sessions over the year.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Al Noor’s Executive Director, Isphana Al Khatib, and Farzaneh Majed, division director of the IIR.
“Through this collaboration, many key Al Noor staff will have an opportunity to develop and enhance skills for a more effective, efficient working environment. This will, of course, translate into better services and experiences for our students. We thank IIR for this wonderful opportunity,” said Isphana Al Khatib.
“I wish to congratulate Al Noor for their commitment and tireless effort. We are proud to be associated with Al Noor Training Centre and to be able to contribute to their advancement by offering training and development opportunities to their staff,” said Farzaneh Majed.
