Informa’s IIR Middle East wins Employer of the Year 2013 Award

Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Informa’s Institute for International Research (IIR), a leading regional event organizer, was presented with the ‘Employer of the Year’ award at the 2013 Middle East Event Awards.

IIR Middle East was one of five companies nominated for the title. The award ceremony was held at the JW Marriot Marquise Hotel in Dubai on May 22nd 2013.

The criteria for qualifying for the award was based on examples of staff selection, development and retention in company; how reward, recognition and performance management has improved business performance, leadership management to HR practices, and the illustration of health and welfare initiatives.
