Taylor & Francis and the National Institute for Materials Science launch new publishing partnership
Singapore, 7 January 2016: Taylor & Francis Group, the Academic Publishing division of Informa, and the National Institute for Materials Science are pleased to announce a new publishing partnership for the journal Science and Technology of Advanced Materials.
Publishing as an open access journal, Science and Technology of Advanced Materials will cover a broad spectrum of materials science research including functional materials, synthesis and processing, theoretical analyses, characterization and properties of materials. Emphasis is placed on the interdisciplinary nature of materials science and issues at the forefront of the field, such as energy and environmental issues, as well as medical and bioengineering applications.
Mikiko Tanifuji, Publishing Director of Science and Technology of Advanced Materials at National Institute for Materials Science said: “I am looking forward to working with Taylor & Francis towards the 20th anniversary of Science and Technology for Advanced Materials (STAM).
